  • Who makes up the GLITZI team?

    Right now, only one nail artist: Kenzie Fae. However, GLITZI is considering opening the doors to new teammates. If you are interested, please reach out using the Contact form. If you have prior experience in art, you may have a side hustle awaiting you!

  • What are GLITZI's processing times?

    As GLITZI currently only has one nail artist, processing times can take up to seven days. Be sure you have the time to wait once you order! This does not include shipping time. Also, processing times may be longer for custom sets.

  • What are GLITZI's shipping times?

    Pickup can take as little as 24 hours. If your order is shipping domestically, it will typically arrive within 3-5 DAYS after processing. Internationally, it will take 6-10 DAYS.

  • How do GLITZI returns work?

    Be careful when you size your nails, because there are no returns for mismeasurements. In general, there will be no returns or exchanges because of sanitary reasons and the custom nature of our nails.

  • Is there shipping insurance for GLITZI nails?

    All orders are carefully packaged to ensure the safety of the nails during transportation. However, if a set is lost or broken on the way to you, our mail service—USPS—provides insurance up to $100 for domestic orders. Make your insurance claim at www.usps.com/domestic-claims.

  • How do GLITZI refunds work?

    Neither mismeasurement nor lost or damaged goods count for refunds. If it’s already painted or on its way, it’s too late for a full refund. However, prior to the completion of your ordered nail set(s), you can reach out to cancel your order and receive a refund. Under special circumstances, a partial refund may be given.
